Hale Reap (they/them)

Hale began their clown studies with the Mask and Clown Intensive (Baby Clown) with John Turner in 2023 and has continued through workshops with Jan Henderson and Jody Boston.

As a professional puppet maker and props builder, Hale has worked across television and theatre, including projects with the Canadian Academy of Mask and Puppetry (Iniskim), So.Glad arts (SLUGS), Disney Theatrical (The Lion King, Hercules), and CBS (Star Trek: Strange New Worlds). 

Hale studied Theatre Design (costume, set, and lighting) at the University of Alberta and practical special effects at Sheridan College.
