Steph Vecchio (they/she)

A tenacious goof with a penchant for absurdism, Steph’s journey to clown has not included theatre school. Her path to One North (Baby Clown, 2024) unfolded from a lead from a charismatic stranger about a freshwater island in Northeastern Ontario, local Manitoulin lore about a clown school in the bush (the former Manitoulin Conservatory for Creation and Performance aka Clown Farm), and ultimately, her own resolve to reclaim her creative spark. They are currently studying social work at Toronto Metropolitan University and are interested in the healing potential of creativity and play.
